After my education as real estate and residential trade merchant I have gained several years experience in sales of condominiums as an employee at a large housing association in Hamburg and Hannover. The main focus was the conversion of rented appartments into condominiums and their subsequent sale.
I gained my first experience with commercial properties and commercial real estate investments at DIFA in Hamburg (Union Investment Real Estate) within the acquisition and sale of large-volume commercial properties. This laid the foundations of my successful network. In 1988 I took the step to self-employment. My focus on project development, mediation and financing of commercial properties was quickly found.
In 2003 I expanded my business to the whole of Germany to serve the high demands of my domestic and foreign investors. Since then, I regularly receive solid mandates from my investors to prepare and process the purchase of individual properties or portfolios. Of course, I personally accompany the due diligence phase.
